戴家山位于青岛市区北部，靠近青岛世界园艺博览会，属于崂山山脉。山体高度476米，山体绵延7.5公里，东侧与崂山山脉相连。

戴家山是青岛最好的热气流场地，热气流稳定，持续, 有固定的激发点。青岛的飞行员经常在这里进行越野飞行，曾经有飞行员创造过飞近崂山主峰，跨越崂山，直线越野24.5公里的成绩。

戴家山需要背伞爬山150米到达起飞场。

Daijia Mountain is in north of Qingdao, beside the Qingdao World Garden Expo. It is part of Laoshan mountain. The peak of Daijia mountain is 476m，the length of Daijia mountain is about 7.5km, the eastern side is connected with Laoshan mountain.

Daijia is the best thermal field of Qingdao. Thermals are always wide and steady,

and there are fixed excitation points. The paragliding pilots always fly cross country

from here. There was once a pilot take off from here and reached the Laoshan peak

(1133m) , and he made 24.5km cross over the mountain range.There is only one

regret that pilots need to hike for 150m high to reach the take off.
